For your very first pickup, simply fill a 13‑gallon kitchen bag with your laundry (fill 1-3 bags depending on your chosen plan). After that, use your LOOP Bag for all future orders.

Scheduling is easy through our online portal or mobile app, available on the iOS app store and Google Play Store.
Pick-up and delivery are fast, simple, and always free.
On your scheduled pickup day, place your LOOP bag(s) on your doorstep for contact-free service, or hand it directly to one of our friendly driving attendants. 🚚

What Not To Put In Your Bag🚫:
- Items that require dry cleaning or extra special care
- Items labeled 'not machine washable' or 'hand wash'
- Empty pockets for any valuables!
- Towels & Linens are perfectly OK to put in your bag! *Large items such as comforters/Large Blankets are charged per item*
- We are happy to air dry and/or acoomodate other requests. Please specify in the order comments or send us a text on the LOOP Line (602) 895 - 4079
- **air dry requests for a large amount of items may delay your delivery by one day**

Every customer order is washed completely separate from all other orders (never mixed) and includes your choice of premium additives (detergent, softener, or bleach). All garments are checked for stains, treated as necessary, and then washed precisely to your preference or garment specifications. Each item is neatly finished per your choice of folded or hung and securely returned to you within 24-48 hours. Our attention to detail is paramount, and we guarantee satisfaction on every order.

Hi! We're Sean and Brittny, Owners of LOOP. We are Arizona Natives who are proud to serve our neighbors by giving them back their most valuable asset: TIME. As parents to 2 young children, we get it. Laundry ends up getting washed but sits wrinkled in a big pile on the bedroom chair, leaving us digging for that soccer uniform on Saturday morning.
We knew there was a better way.
All orders are picked up, laundered and delivered by our small, professional and efficient team and handled with privacy and care. Orders are processed at our OWNED Commercial Laundromat.
