For your very first pickup, simply fill a 13‑gallon kitchen trash bag with your laundry (fill 1-3 trash bags depending on your chosen plan). After that, use your LOOP Bag for all future orders.

Scheduling is easy through our online portal or mobile app, available on the iOS app store and Google Play Store.
Pick-up and delivery are fast, simple, and always free.
On your scheduled pickup day, place your LOOP bag(s) on your doorstep for contact-free service, or hand it directly to one of our friendly driving attendants. 🚚

The Starter LOOP Bag Weekly Service

- LOOP Medium-Sized Blue Bag holds about 2 standard-sized loads of laundry, or approximately 20 lbs
- Simply fill the provided Medium-Sized Blue LOOP Bag weekly and we will return it washed, folded or hung and smelling amazing the next day!
- Please ensure the drawstring is completely closed to avoid overage charge
- Simply pick a day of the week for us to pick up your bag on a weekly rotation...

No problem!
Simply place any extra laundry in a trash bag and we will process it for $2.40/pound.

Simply schedule a pick up date & time, place your laundry in any bag or basket at your doorstep or hand deliver it to our Attendant when they arrive and we do the rest!

**Next Day Rush: $10 fee
Your laundry will be weighed prior to processing and you will recieve a notification of the final cost which will be billed at delivery.

Every customer order is washed completely separate from all other orders (never mixed) and includes your choice of premium additives (detergent, softener, or bleach). All garments are checked for stains, treated as necessary, and then washed precisely to your preference or garment specifications. Each item is neatly finished per your choice of folded or hung and securely returned to you within 24-48 hours. Our attention to detail is paramount, and we guarantee satisfaction on every order.

Hi! We're Sean and Brittny, Owners of LOOP. We are Arizona Natives who are proud to serve our neighbors by giving them back their most valuable asset: TIME. As parents to 2 young children, we get it. Laundry ends up getting washed but sits wrinkled in a big pile on the bedroom chair, leaving us digging for that soccer uniform on Saturday morning.
We knew there was a better way.
All orders are picked up, laundered and delivered by our small, professional and efficient team and handled with privacy and care. Orders are processed at our OWNED Commercial Laundromat.
